Given the tremendous assets University Facilities represent, a planning document is essential to develop and implement a comprehensive long-range Facilities Management Plan. The Plan is designed to incorporate the University's guiding principles, Presidential goals, academic priorities, and facilities renewal and adaptation work, integrated with existing financial resources. Recognizing that considerable amount of work in facilities planning has been accomplished through the work of the Board, Administration, staff, and from various studies, help to frame the Long-range Facilities Management Plan. This document is a confirmation of those ideals and coordinates a set of decisions to accomplish the stated mission.
